All three include the S$375 of government fees — S$15 name application, S$300 incorporation, S$60 annual return. They appear as separate line items on your invoice and are not marked up. We price the local package at the market rate rather than undercutting it, because a first-year price that only works by being recovered later is not a discount.
What year two costs
The step-up at renewal is the standard complaint in this market — a cheap first year recovered by a nominee renewal quoted between S$1,800 and S$4,000 once you are already committed. Here is ours, published before you buy.

Are there setup fees on top?
No. The package price plus the ACRA charges is the total.
Is the S$3,650 really everything for the first year?
Yes — incorporation, nominee for twelve months, registered address, company secretary, and your first year of accounting including the tax return. One invoice. If something falls outside it we tell you before you commit, not after.
Why is the local package not cheaper than everyone else?
Because at S$600 there is S$375 of government money inside it, leaving very little for the work. Anyone going much below that is recovering it at renewal. We would rather match the price and publish what year two costs.
What happens at renewal?
See the year-two table above. Nominee renews at a fixed S$1,800, secretary and address at S$528, accounting at your published band. There is no step-up.
When do I pay?
Before filing. You see the total before entering personal details.
What if ACRA rejects the name?
The ACRA fee is not refundable. We do not charge again for the second attempt.
