ACRA charges S$60 for the annual return, shown separately and passed through at cost. Two differences worth checking against any other quote: the registered address is inside the price rather than a S$300-a-year add-on, and renewal costs the same as year one. Competitors also step their secretary tier up the moment share work appears or you pass two shareholders — ours does not.

What counts as a standard change?
Director, shareholder, address, and share capital changes. Restructures are quoted separately.
Is switching charged extra?
No. The handover is included when you take an annual plan.
What if I only need one filing?
Tell us. We will quote it rather than push you onto an annual plan you do not need.
