Incorporate in Singapore without being here
You do not need to travel, and you do not need a Singapore passport. You do need a resident director and a local address. We provide both, and the licensed firm files everything remotely.
What is different for foreigners
- A resident director is required — our nominee service covers this until you have your own
- Foreign shareholders are fine — a company can be 100% foreign-owned with no extra approval
- Everything is remote — verification, signing and filing are all online
- Banking takes longer — account opening is the bank decision, and often needs a video call
- A work pass is separate — you only need one if you will work in Singapore
- Owning shares does not require a pass
How it works

We confirm the name is available and tell you what a foreign-owned structure needs.
Verify your identity remotely.
Passport and proof of address, uploaded and read automatically. No notarisation unless a bank asks for it.
The licensed firm appoints your resident director.

Same gate as any other incorporation.
Licensed-person approvalBank introduction.
We introduce you to partner banks. The account decision is theirs.
What you need
- 01A passport for every director and shareholder.
- 02Proof of residential address, dated within three months.
- 03A resident director — yours or ours.
- 04A Singapore registered office address.
- 05Corporate documents, if a company is a shareholder.
Nominee director appointment, the KYC outcome for every overseas party, and the ACRA filing are each approved by a qualified person. Nominee appointment in particular is never automated — it carries personal statutory duties for the individual appointed.
Common questions
Do I need to fly to Singapore?
No. Incorporation is fully remote. Some banks ask for a video call before opening an account.
Can my company be 100% foreign-owned?
Yes. Singapore places no general restriction on foreign shareholding.
Do I need a work pass to own the company?
No. You need one to work in Singapore, not to hold shares or be a director from overseas.
How long does the bank account take?
Days to several weeks, depending on the bank and your structure. It is their decision, and we will not promise a timeline on their behalf.
What is a nominee director actually responsible for?
They are a real director with real statutory duties. That is why the appointment goes through a review and an agreement, not a checkout button.
