Three things this market does that we do not. It quotes a low band, assumes your revenue stays under it, then invoices the difference at year end — so every band above is published, and if you cross one we tell you before you are charged. It discounts year one then steps up at renewal — so our renewal price is our first-year price. And it charges an urgency fee when a deadline is close — we do not have one, because a filing that is ready early does not cost us more to submit.
Billing questions
Monthly or annual?
Annual is ten months for twelve, so S$880 rather than twelve payments of S$88. Monthly costs more across a year — that is the trade for spreading it, and we would rather state it than bury it.
Will you invoice me at year end if my revenue was higher?
No. Providers in this market assume a band, then invoice the difference or credit your account once the year closes. We tell you when you are approaching a band while there is still time to plan for it.
Does the price go up in year two?
No. The renewal price is the price above.
Is GST filing extra?
Included from the Trading band up. At Starter it is S$180 a quarter. Most of this market charges for it at every tier.
What about XBRL?
A paid add-on, because it is real preparation work — S$280 simplified, S$480 full. Both below the published market rate.
Do you charge an urgency fee?
No. Some providers charge up to S$750 when a deadline is close. Our filings are prepared ahead of the deadline, so there is nothing to surcharge.
Is this included in the foreign founder package?
Yes — the S$3,650 Complete package includes your first year at the Starter band. From year two it is priced normally.
