Deadlines we track for you

01

Financial year end.

Set once, and everything downstream is calculated from it.

02

AGM, or the resolution to dispense with it.

Prepared in advance, not the week it is due.

03

Annual return to ACRA.

Drafted from your register, checked, then approved before filing.

Licensed-person approval
04

ECI and the corporate tax return.

Handed to the accounting pipeline if you are with us for tax too.

05

GST returns.

Quarterly, if you are registered.

To switch to us we need

  • 01Your current provider details.
  • 02Your company UEN.
  • 03Authorisation to request your registers and filing history.
Where a human signs

The named company secretary is a real qualified individual, not a service label. Every statutory filing is reviewed and signed by that person or another qualified reviewer before submission. Preparation is automated; the signature is not.

Common questions

When do I need a company secretary?

Within six months of incorporation. The role cannot be left vacant for longer than that.

Can I be my own company secretary?

A sole director cannot also be the company secretary. Beyond that, the person must be qualified and ordinarily resident in Singapore.

What happens if I miss the annual return?

ACRA charges a late penalty and directors can be prosecuted for persistent default. Tracking the date is the main thing this service is for.

How does switching work?

Send us your current provider details. We request your registers and filing history, check them for gaps, and file the change. You do not chase anyone.
