Answer a short set of questions and we prepare the whole ACRA filing. An authorised professional reviewer checks it against the evidence and authorises the filing — nobody re-keys your details into BizFile.

How it works

01

Check your name.

We run it against the ACRA register and flag words that need approval from another authority.

02

Tell us about the company.

Directors, shareholders, share capital, and what the business does. We suggest your SSIC code as you type.

03

Upload identity documents.

We read them automatically. KYC runs in the background.

04

A licensed reviewer approves.

They check the filing and sign it. If something is wrong, you hear exactly what and why.

Licensed-person approval
05

The licensed firm files with ACRA.

Once authorised, the prepared filing is submitted — no re-keying, no queue. Submission is not acceptance: the authority responds, and your UEN and business profile follow acceptance.

Where a human signs

The name application, the incorporation filing and the KYC outcome are each approved by a qualified person before anything is submitted. Everything before those points is automated. You can see every approval and who made it.

Common questions

How long does it take?

Four separate things, and it helps to keep them apart. KYC and document checks depend on how quickly your paperwork arrives. An authorised professional reviewer then checks and authorises the filing — a real person and a real step we do not skip. Submission follows authorisation. The authority then responds in its own time, and longer if your name needs referral elsewhere. We publish targets for the steps we control and do not quote the authority's timeline as our own.

Which parts of the timeline are yours?

The gap between authorisation and submission, and how fast we come back to you when you ask something. Those we measure and publish. How quickly the authority responds, and how quickly your documents arrive, are not ours to promise.

Can I be the only director and shareholder?

Yes, provided you ordinarily reside in Singapore.

What if my name is rejected?

We tell you why and help you pick another. The ACRA name application fee is not refundable, so we check before applying.

Do I need a company secretary immediately?

Within six months of incorporation. Most people appoint at the same time — it is included in our packages.

What is an SSIC code?

The code ACRA uses to classify what your business does. You need at least one. Our search tool finds it from a plain description.

Can I change directors or shareholders later?

Yes. Both are filings, and both go through the same prepare-then-approve process.
