AI speed. Professional control.
Corporate services prepared by technology, with critical decisions kept in authorised professional hands.
Built for founders and professional firms.
What do you need first?
Two ways in
Starting something new
Name check, SSIC code, KYC, ACRA filing and your registered address in one flow.
Already running
Move your secretary, books and filing history to UpVue. We handle the handover with your current provider.
See what is ready. See what needs a person.
The workspace prepares the evidence and keeps the professional review gate explicit before any filing step.
How it works
You answer once.
Company details, directors, shareholders, what the business does. Upload your documents and we read them โ you do not retype anything.
The system prepares the filing.
Constitution, resolutions, registers and forms, drafted and checked against ACRA requirements before a human sees them.
A licensed person signs it off.
Nothing goes to a regulator until a qualified individual has reviewed it. This step exists by law and we do not route around it.
Licensed-person approvalIt stays done.
Deadlines tracked from your incorporation date. You hear about a filing before it is due, not after.
Who does what
Three parties, and it matters which is which. Corporate services in Singapore are regulated, so the work is done by a licensed firm โ not by the software.
DPW Pte Ltd
Builds and runs UpVue. Prepares filings, reads documents, runs screening, tracks deadlines, and puts a complete pack in front of the licensed reviewer. A technology provider โ it does not file, does not hold your licence relationship, and does not act as a director.
An ACRA-registered CSP
Named in your engagement letter before any work starts. Reviews what the platform prepared, exercises its own professional judgement, signs, and files. It can and does reject work that is not right. The regulated relationship and the responsibility are theirs.
The client
Give the facts once. See everything the platform did, who approved it, and when. Your engagement is with the licensed firm; the platform is how the work reaches you.
If you already work with a licensed firm, they can operate on the platform and keep you as their client. If you come to us directly, we introduce you to a partner firm and name them before you commit to anything.
Who it is for
- Founders registering their first Singapore company
- Overseas founders who need a local presence and cannot be here
- Companies leaving a provider that stopped answering
What we handle
Incorporation
Name to UEN โ prepared, then filed by your licensed firm.
Corporate secretary
Deadlines tracked, filings prepared early.
Accounting and tax
Books current, returns filed on time.
Bookkeeping
Transactions sorted as they land.
Systems the licensed firm files into, and rules the software operates under. Not endorsements.
Fast where it actually matters
The authority's own processing time is the same for every provider, and anyone claiming to beat it is selling you the registrar's timeline as their own. What differs is everything either side of it โ and those are the numbers we measure.
These are the targets we run to and measure. They are not contractual guarantees, and we will not offer one until our guarantee and liability terms are published.

From enquiry to UEN โ in five stages
Every step tracked in your portal. A licensed professional authorises each gate.
Submit details
Company name, directors and SSIC activity โ most applicants finish in one sitting.
KYC and AML
Identity and sanctions screening runs automatically. An authorised professional reviewer decides who may proceed, and may refuse.
Documents
Constitution, resolutions, registers and consents drafted from your details.
Filing authorisation
An authorised professional reviewer checks the full application against the evidence and authorises it for filing.
Filing, response, incorporation
Six distinct states, each visible in your portal: authorised for filing, submitted, awaiting the authority response, accepted or rejected, incorporation confirmed, UEN recorded. Submission does not issue a UEN โ the authority does, and only after acceptance.
Durations shown as targets until measured over at least twenty real filings. Filing submission is not acceptance, and acceptance is not incorporation โ each is a separate state you can see in the portal.
Two decisions are never automated
KYC and AML clearance
The system screens every party and assembles the evidence. A licensed professional decides who may proceed, and can refuse. No agent, and no automated step, may mark a party cleared.
Filing authorisation
The system prepares a filing-ready pack. A licensed professional reviews it against the evidence and authorises submission. Nothing reaches ACRA without that authorisation.
Everything between those two points is automated. Neither point can be delegated to software, and neither is a setting we can turn off.
The agents behind your incorporation
An agent system handles the mechanical work. Licensed professionals make every decision that carries legal weight.
Intake agent
Turns each incoming email into a firm-scoped intake record for staff review. It does not create a case. Produces an intake summary.
Compliance agent
Tracks annual returns, AGMs and statutory filings for the life of your company, and prepares each one ahead of time. Produces a prepared filing.
Filing-prep agent
Builds incorporation documents, resolutions and consents from your details. Produces a filing-ready pack โ never a filing.
No agent clears KYC, grants professional approval, authorises a filing, submits to an authority, or confirms incorporation. Agents prepare; a licensed professional decides.
The questions founders actually ask
Short answers, no gatekeeping. Hover to stop, click to read the rest.
Some things can be automated and some cannot. Filings to ACRA and IRAS, KYC decisions, and anything that changes your company legal position are prepared by software and approved by a qualified person. You can see who approved what, and when, in your account.
