UpVue is operated by DPW Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202017982R). For the public incorporation intake, DPW Pte. Ltd. is the responsible organisation for the data collected in the workflow; the data protection contact is privacy@upvue.app.

We collect personal data only as required for incorporation processing, identity verification, AML/PEP/sanctions screening, evidence handling, case servicing and regulatory/compliance workflow. Identity and KYC processing may use configured server-side providers, including Veriff and NameScan.

Founder-facing surfaces do not expose raw provider references, risk scores or watchlist internals. Provider results remain subject to Staff review and do not equal professional approval, filing authorisation, filing submission, authority outcome or incorporation completion.

Data remains tenant-scoped and access-controlled. Access, correction and withdrawal requests are handled where applicable, and retention/security controls continue to apply. The Singapore legal privacy notice is available at /sg/legal/privacy.
